About Us

Founded in 2012 by Tebs Gomez and Via Perlas. SilverTrain is a softskill training company whose slogan is “enhancing service by improving communication” SilverTrain has helped several companies in both the private and government sectors since its inception. The thrust is empowerment through education by helping many organizations improve their skills sets and add overall value to their fields of influence.

Our Courses

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

This 2- day module focuses on laying the foundation for a customer service through tested strategies and some

principles that uphold customer service. The importance of empathy in the field of customer service is also tackled as is

how to handle complaints.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
This is the recommended follow-up workshop to Journey to Service Excellence. It focuses on helping the participants
think out-of-the-box when it comes to creating memorable experiences for their customers in a competitive business
environment.
DEVELOPING THE LEADER IN ME
The 2- day leadership module helps participants recognize their leadership styles and potentials through carefully
designed activities. Participants come out knowing how to deal with conflict within the workspace, manage stress and
effectively motivate to their teams.
ENGLISH BOOTCAMP
This program is an intensive, fast-paced 3-day workshop that covers various grammar points. It also touches on
vocabulary, pronunciation and common mistakes made by Filipinos when using the English language. It’s an activity
intensive workshop where lecture is kept to an absolute minimum and team spirit is highly emphasized.
COMMUNICATION BOOST
The communication points will cover
various workplace scenarios ie conferences, meetings, phone etiquette, etc. This will also extend to appropriate social
decorum at business settings.
IMAGE ENHANCEMENT
This course helps participants work on hygiene, corporate dressing and body language. It also focuses on the
importance of the role of a healthy self-esteem to form a solid professional image within and beyond the workplace.
