It seems that there is a trend of late with customers expecting too much from service providers. As our previous post on the necessity of manners implied, people seem to be becoming a little too unreasonable when it comes to the service they expect to receive from food establishments.  The primary source of said businesses would be to serve you fresh and quality meals and beverages within a reasonable amount of time.  Is minding your personal belongings really part of the service we should expect? (especially once we have left the premises of their store)

Tell us what you think about how this student behaved at a Starbucks in Singapore.  We feel that the staff member was only doing their job putting the student’s things away in safe place as the table was left vacant for half an hour.  The full article can be read here.  We would love to know your thoughts on this.
